MINISTRIES
Kids Church
Kinder Church & Kids Church are super fun and safe Sunday programs for your children JK to Gr 5! They are dismissed part way through the service so they get a taste of worshiping in “big church” with their parents. Awesome leaders welcome children to ministry spaces on our lower level where kids engage in worship and God's Word. Note: Children stay upstairs in the worship service on the fifth Sunday of the month. Not to worry, awesome Sunday Kits (including snack) are provided!
Nursery
Your littlest ones (0-3yrs) are invited to join with friends in the Nursery where they are sure to have a great time in a fun and safe environment. Our Nursery staff will be ready to receive your children just before or at any point during the Sunday service.
Students
We believe in the next generation! Anchored Youth is our ministry to students Gr 6 to Gr 12. Join us on Tuesdays at 7pm during the school year—starting in September and running through June. We have some great leaders who love to connect, have fun, worship Jesus, and teach from the Word of God.
Life Groups
We have various groups who meet for the purpose of growing in Christ together! Groups meet at the church or in homes using various means of discipleship. Whether it’s a topical course, a Bible study, or a longer-term group, Life Groups aren’t just about gaining knowledge, they’re about making disciples. Step into a Life Group today!
Corporate Prayer
Oswald Chambers said: “Prayer does not fit us for the greater work; prayer is the greater work!” At WRPC, prayer inspires and guides everything we do. Corporate Prayer is a vital expression of personal faith that activates the power of agreement and invites the presence of Jesus (Matthew 18:19-20). Currently, we have two opportunities to pray! First, Persistent Prayer
meets for one hour every other Monday 1:30 pm. Second, there is a weekly Prayer Meeting Tuesdays 7-8:30 pm. Please contact us to confirm these meetings.
Men/Women
Our Men gather on the second Saturday of the month for friendship, prayer, worship, and time in the Word. Currently men are hosting "Coffee Breaks" in their garages at 9am. Please email or phone the church for details.
Our Women gather for special events at various times of the year.
